V Welfare does not provide emergency psychiatric care outside working hours. In emergencies, contact 911 or visit the nearest hospital. Internal emergency protocols apply only during operating hours and are available at the center.

- First visit with the psychiatrist fifty minutes is fifty JOD.

- Follow up appointments with the psychiatrist is twenty-five JOD.

- Each appointment with psychologist (therapist) is 50 JOD.

- All sessions must be booked through authorized staff or the website.

- Payment is required in advance and may be made by cash, card, or transfer.

- Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before their scheduled time are unrefundable.

- You may request a refund within 7 days if a service was not delivered as agreed. Evidence may be requested.

- Canceling before 24 hours of the appointment is subjected to 50% service fee.

- Refunds, when approved, are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

- Repeated absence may lead to suspension of services.
